Returns, Refunds & Exchange

Clear, fair, and strict guidelines regarding your orders, returns, refunds, and cancellations to ensure a smooth experience.

Section 1

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be modified or cancelled strictly within 12 hours of placement.

After this 12-hour window, orders are locked, sent to our production facility, and cannot be altered or cancelled under any circumstances.

Section 2

Customized Products

All personalized items are manufactured specifically for your unique requirements and are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all customized text, spelling, and design choices before checkout.

We do not offer free replacements, reprints, or refunds for typographical errors made by the customer during the ordering process.

Section 3

Damaged or Defective

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement: To process any claim, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label, the opening of the package, and the defect.

Without an unboxing video, we reserve the right to reject the damage claim to prevent fraud.

Approved claims are eligible for a free replacement. Refunds are only issued at our discretion if a replacement cannot be fulfilled.

Section 4

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not issue refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after the order has entered production or been delivered.
  • Delays in delivery caused by third-party courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
  • Minor color or dimensional variations (up to 5%) resulting from screen display differences and standard manufacturing tolerances.
  • Damage caused by the customer due to mishandling or normal wear and tear after delivery.
Section 5

Failed Deliveries & RTO

If a package is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order is not eligible for a refund.

In such cases, the customer must pay an additional shipping and handling fee to have the item re-dispatched.

Refund Processing

If a refund is exceptionally approved by our team, it will be credited directly back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
