At My Tinkly, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms below:

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Customised or made-to-order items may take longer 4-7 Working Days or more depending upon the order quantity.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery within India usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on special promotions or above a minimum order value.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS or Whatsapp.

  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • My Tinkly is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at mytinkly.co@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in tracking it with the courier and provide a resolution.
