Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled strictly within 12 hours of placement.
  • After 12 hours, orders enter the processing and production phase and cannot be cancelled.
  • This applies to all items, especially customized products.

Customized Products

  • All personalized items (including specific names, logos, or designs) are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • These items are manufactured specifically for your unique requirements.
  • Please note: Carefully verify all spellings and customization details before checking out.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photographs or videos of the defect for immediate verification.
  • Upon approval, we will process a Replacement (preferred) or a Refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Refund Process

  • Once a refund request is verified and approved by our support team, it will be initiated immediately.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the processing timeline.
  • The total approved amount will be credited directly back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after the product has been successfully delivered.
  • Incorrect details, spelling, or shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Minor color variations resulting from different screen or monitor displays.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular product usage.
  • Delivery delays strictly caused by third-party courier partners.

Failed Delivery

  • Orders may be marked as undelivered due to an incomplete address, incorrect contact number, or customer refusal at the doorstep.
  • In such cases, additional shipping and handling charges may be applied for any subsequent re-delivery attempts.
