Shipping Policy

At MyTinkly, we aim to deliver your orders securely and efficiently. Review our comprehensive shipping guidelines to understand processing timelines, delivery expectations, and tracking procedures.

Part 1

Order Processing

Standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Customized or made-to-order items require additional production time and take 4–7 business days (or more for bulk orders).

Note: Processing time is strictly separate from shipping transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Part 2

Transit Times & Delays

Standard domestic delivery within India takes 5–10 business days post-dispatch. International delivery timelines vary strictly by destination.

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, bad weather, or customs clearance holds.

Part 3

Shipping Fees & Customs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are strictly non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

For international orders, all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Refusal to pay customs will result in the forfeiture of the package without a refund.

Part 4

Tracking & Receiving

A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

It is the customer's responsibility to actively monitor the tracking link and ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package.

Part 5

Failed Deliveries & RTO

We do not offer refunds for packages Returned to Origin (RTO) due to incomplete addresses, incorrect phone numbers, or customer unavailability after multiple attempts.

If a parcel is returned to us for any of these reasons, the customer must pay a re-shipping and handling fee to have the order dispatched again.

Part 6

Damage Claims & Theft

Damage claims must be submitted to mytinkly.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims strictly require a continuous unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label and the defect.

We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier but claimed as lost or stolen from the customer's property.
